Fhedzisani Ronald Pandelani holds three qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand namely: B.Proc, LL.B and a Higher Diploma in Company Law. A veteran of many court appearances, Mr. Pandelani’s special interests areas are Company Law, Criminal Law, all aspects of Labour Law, Insolvencies, MVA and Litigation in general. He is the firm’s Senior Partner and has inter alia served clients as diverse as parastatals, large Security Companies and the Johannesburg Metropolitan Council (City of Johannesburg). He has also been involved in the legal department of the Legal Aid Bureau as a Legal Advisor. Mr. Pandelani, a widely read and travelled person, also has interests in the aspects of `insider trading’ and `white collar crime’ in all their manifestations and follows developments in these areas of law with keen interest. Mr. Pandelani was for a period also employed at the legal department of the SBDC (now known as Business Partners). He has recently taken to wine collection as a hobby. Armed with a Higher diploma In Company Law form the University of the Witwatersrand, Mr. Pandelani has a fair grasp of issues pertinent to companies, including but not limited to S.311 Schemes of Arrangements, Mergers, Takeovers and Acquisitions, Capitalisation and Re-capitalisation of companies and generally, issues pertinent to Corporate Governance.
