with its clients. The finalisation of a matter does
not necessarily result in the end of a relationship
with the client. On the contrary, it provides further
opportunities for continued service to the client.
A client who requested a lease might well request
a further contract of sale of equipment or conveyancing
and notarial services.

Despite its location, the firm realises that from
time to time it becomes necessary to go to its clients
for consultations.
On request, the firm’s partners and support
staff do not hesitate to consult with clients in
the convenience of their own premises and offices.
Given that the client is the very reason for its
existence, it would be contrary to its ethos were
the firm’s partners to do otherwise.
With the advent of technology, the firm is capable
of procuring instructions form clients via e-mail
and other electronic means and executing them as
speedily as possible.
Reporting to clients regarding progress in the matters
may, at client’s election be communicated
via e-mail, except in instances where such communication
is deemed not to be a prudent means of communication.
